    Inbound

    Stators, cups, planets, roller screws, seals, PCBs land at the north gable. Scan tunnel matches ASN. Quarantine is a fenced cage, not a warehouse.

  2. 02 · 45 s dual-cycle

    Store

    Totes go into the miniload. No goods-to-person. Cranes drop totes onto AMR decks that already know the next cell — Line H, P, L, or F.

  3. 03 · batch

    Cut & kit

    Housing blanks nested by 50/70/90 family. R32 tube cut to stroke. Kit-7 is sequenced four hours ahead so mix changes do not starve robots. Catalog kits run in the gaps.

  4. 04 · cell

    Machine

    Housings, flanges, carriers, shafts, rods. Four CNC cells with gantry + AMR tend. One 3-blank family covers seven SKUs. Chips stay in this hall.

  5. 05 · gate

    Measure

    Climate box. Bridge CMM for first-article, optical shaft for 100 % rods and screws. Cup wall and carrier pin are gated. Failures never enter a kit.

  6. 06 · 48 s takt

    Line H

    Strain-wave stack. Flexspline press, circular spline, wave generator, cross-roller, hollow flange. H90 / H70 / H50 on one fixture family. Closed fence, mist extract.

  7. 07 · 18 s F

    Electronics + Line F

    EPA. One power stage, seven flash maps, hipot, harness. Line F micro-cell in the same hall: ten F16 into a forearm cassette, vision on every capstan.

  8. 08 · 56 s takt

    Line P

    QDD planetary. Sun, three planets, carrier, optional liquid jacket. P110 / P80 mix. Pin alignment is the process-critical feature.

  9. 09 · 72 s takt

    Line L

    Inverted planetary roller screw. Static screw, rotating nut, six rollers, 32 mm tube, spherical rod-end. Shares the 70 mm stator with H70.

  10. 10 · mixed

    Test

    Harmonic backlash, QDD backdrive, PRS load, tendon force, NVH, IP leak, burn-in. Every serial is a record. Debug is a four-station cell, not the line.

  11. 11 · pallet

    Pack & ship

    Kit-7 as a sequenced pallet. Catalog as carton. Palletizer, pallet AS/RS, south docks. U-flow returns finished goods to the same 37 m truck court.
